Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and AFTR (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the AFTR app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who can use AFTR
You must be at least 18 years old to use AFTR. AFTR is an informational tracking and habit app for people using or considering GLP-1 medications. It is not a medical device, not medical advice, and not affiliated with Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly. Always consult your doctor about your medication, dose, and any side effects.
2. Community content & conduct
AFTR lets you post photos, captions, and other content (“User Content”) to the community. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By posting, you agree that you will not upload content that is unlawful, nude or sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or that provides medical advice or sources medication.
You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant AFTR a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it for the purpose of operating the app. You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to share it, including the rights to any people shown in your photos.
You can report content and block users in the app. We review reported content and will remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, typically within 24 hours of a report. We may remove content or accounts at our discretion.
3. Subscriptions
AFTR+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Prices are shown in the app.
4. Your data
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from Settings in the app at any time.
5. Disclaimers & liability
AFTR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Estimates in the app (including the Muscle Retention Score and AI photo logging) are indicators, not medical measurements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFTR is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
